What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products (perishable), all goods sold are non returnable. However, if there are any issue with the products do reach out to us and we will issue a refund subject to a standard quality review.
Heating Instructions?
All products can be heated up by using a microwave and a steamer. Instructions are printed on back the packaging.
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes, all our products are Halal certified by MUIS. Do reach out to us if you would like to see the Halal certification.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 10am - 4pm. No deliveries on Sunday
When will I get my order?
Orders before 3pm are usually delivered the next day between 10am - 4pm. However do take note that due to high volume of orders, additional 1-2 working days will be required.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Singapore.
How much does shipping cost?
Cold Chain Shipping is $8 for orders below $30,

Shelf Life of products
Our products have a shelf life of 1 year when frozen and do not contain any artificial preservatives as we use blast freezing technology to lock in the freshness.
